We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic Support Engineer to a join a fast moving and demanding environment based in Cheshire.
Your role will be to provide 1st and 2nd line support to all the web sites, services and users as well as providing security, backups, event errors, anti-virus updates and performance levels. You will be monitoring all the web sites to ensure compliance with service level standards as well as supporting all the relevant software and hardware infrastructures.
To be considered for this position you must have experience of working in a 24*7*365 shift pattern for at least 1 year, have proven experience of HP Openview, be highly experienced with using Web based applications, have knowledge of Network infrastructure devices such as routers, switches and firewalls. Must have experience of Active directory, SQL server, Linux operating systems and server hardware.
Having a Degree or equivalent, CISCO, Microsoft or ITIL qualification would be highly desirable.
ALL Candidates MUST have a Full Clean Driving Licence as travelling will be involved.
